who is ginny?

Ginny is a seasoned Real Estate Professional that buys commercial real estate to create passive income, get tax benefits and build wealth while improving communities with like-minded people.
She is the Founder and CEO of Pivotal Real Estate Investments and Acquisition Solutions, the latter being a consulting and brokerage firm. Pivotal Real Estate Investments specializes in joint ventures and syndications.
Ginny has been in real estate over 40-years, mostly working in eminent domain property acquisitions where she earned her SR/WA designation, acquired over 600 properties and has performed project and property management. She specializes in negotiations and due diligence. She was a real estate appraiser in the 1980’s during the Savings & Loan Crisis and has now been a real estate broker over 30-years.
The current portfolio includes 729 apartments, 1 medical office and 1 traditional office building across 3 states.
Ginny is a proud mother who loves tennis, pickleball and horseback riding. She is a member of many professional organizations and serves on committees to help advance the real estate profession.

We monitor economic conditions on a local, state and national level. Ginny's experience as a former appraiser and having acquired hundreds of varied types of properties over the years makes it easy to diversify between asset types. She favors value-add opportunities where assets with potential are in a good location with good demand. Medical offices and small bay/flex industrial are among top performers these days.
